Supporting The Amazon River Sims

Interested in supporting the Amazon and making a camp here?

Unlike most other regions in Second Life, we do not have fixed land parcels. You can indeed build where you want, within our Building Guidelines. 

How does Renting in the Amazon work? 

We have two levels of support: 

    Standard Supporter Panel

• A standard panel costs 5000 L$ per four weeks (1250 L$ per week, minimum rental period is 4 weeks) and entitles you to 200 Land-Impact allowance to be rezzed.

    Junior Supporter Panel

• A junior panel costs 1500 L$ per four weeks (375 L$ per week, minimum rental period is 4 weeks) and entitles you to 50 Land-Impact allowance to be rezzed.
• Panel Limitations: With a Junior panel, you cannot add any other players. Also, you cannot increase your Land-Impact allowance on the board, you need to take out another board.
  

1. Decide which type of panel you want, and 'Pay' it.
2. The rental system will invite you automatically into YT's group, which you need to perma-rezz.
3. You will be given a Notecard. In this, you will find an attachment which holds many useful items to use with your build.
   
4. You pick a spot somewhere along our regions and start to build. It is essential that you follow the building guidelines, which are always up-to-date here: Building Guidelines.

FAQ

Q. Can I share my panel with my partner/friend/spouse?
A. Standard panels: Yes, but you stay in charge for the payment in time.
    Junior panels: No.

A. Can I “upgrade” my panel if I need more Land-Impact?
Q. Only the standard panels can be upgraded. You can for example book 400 Land-Impact for, 10000 L$ per four weeks (2500 weekly). You need to discuss this with the admins, so please use the Mentor button in your HUD to contact us.
    If you are booked on a junior panel and need more Land-Impact you can either rent a second junior panel or we will happily book you onto a standard panel, discuss this with us.

Q. Is there a discount plan?
A. Yes. Depending on the amount you pay, you will get a refund from the system automatically.

To qualify, the amount has to be paid in full in one transaction direct to your supporter panel.

Example:

1. You have a 5000 L$/4 weekly panel with 200 Land-Impact
2. You pay 15000 L$ into that panel, in one go.
3. The system will pay you back 1500 L$ and credit 12 weeks lease for you.

Example 2:

1. You have a 10000 L$/4-weekly panel with 400 Land-Impact
2.  You pay 15000 L$ into that panel, in one go.
3.  The system will pay you back 1500 L$ and credit 6 weeks lease for you.

Additional Bonus for Standard Panels:

If you are a creator and sell items that are in any way jungle related, your supporter panel at the Amazon will also allow you to rezz at the Amazon Mall goods for sale. This offer is only valid as long as booths are available. The size of a booth is 60 LI.
The Amazon Mall is connected via an "Experience Teleport" straight from the landing and sits on the Mama Allpa Region.
